Chef, Neil Tomes, who honed his skills in Michelin rated kitchens, offers diners thoroughly modern food carefully executed on wide white plates. Patrons are treated to classy artisanal bread, baked each day on the premises.

"My aim is to offer a menu that's different from the dishes available at other restaurants. I like to create dishes with contrasting and intriguing flavours. I spent a lot of time prior to the opening of Fifteen Abbott Lane in London and New York learning about and experimenting with new cooking methods. I am really excited about introducing this modern style of cooking to the BVI."
